If you experience anxiety or depression, have you ever thought that you may be picking up on or also feeling other people’s pain? Have you ever thought you may be empathic? If you have, do you have ways that you release anxiety or depression that work for you?
There are many practices that can ease and release pain that are super easy and don’t cost anything but a little bit of your effort! Over the years I have discovered many different ways that work for me and others. It is my belief that as diligently as we take care of our bodies physically, in terms of brushing our teeth and taking showers, we should take care of ourselves in areas we cannot see, but we can feel. Basically we need to keep ourselves energetically clean! If this is an interest, for any of you, I will post my list in one of the upcoming days.
